How the Licensing Process Works, Step by Step

Every document we file, every requirement we check, and every step between your application and a passed inspection – explained in detail below.

We Handle Every Step So You Don't Have To

Getting licensed in Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade County means paperwork, city-specific inspections, and ongoing coordination with local government. BNR Concierge manages the full process start to finish. We gather the required documents, schedule and attend inspections, and act as your primary point of contact with each city. You stay informed. We do the work.

From Application to License, in Five Steps

1. Licensing Assessment We review your property, city, and ownership structure to confirm exactly which licenses and documents your situation requires. Requirements vary by city, so this determines everything that follows.

2. Paperwork & Filings We prepare and submit your Florida State License application, County and Local Business Tax Receipts, Sales Tax affidavits, city registration, etc.

You sign; we file and track each one.

3. Pre-Inspection Walkthrough Before the city ever visits, we audit your property against the same checklist the inspector uses – fire extinguishers, interconnected smoke detectors, door alarms, evacuation charts, landlines, landscaping, safety hazards, etc – and flag any repairs to you before they become failures.

4. Inspection Day We schedule the inspection and meet the inspector at your property in person. You don't need to attend, even if you live out of state.

5. Follow-Up & License Issued If the city requests anything after inspection, we handle it and remain your point of contact until the license is in hand.
